Francesca’s place is absolutely wonderful! It is perfectly situated in exquisite Scicli, a living architectural gem that bursts alive at night and is packed with churches, restaurants, cafe’s, and bars. Beautiful beaches are located a short-drive away (15 minutes), and Modica and Ragusa are not far away. The flat is an old stone building woven into a welcoming neighborhood. Meticulously restored, the flat is airy and cool with nice balcony from which you can watch the colors change of the rocky gorge in which Scicli is nestled. The bed is extremely comfortable and the area quiet at night. Francesca was extremely helpful and understanding when arriving late. I very much look forward to my next visit here!
