Welcome to Scicli and to C’era una volta. Choose the holiday house you prefer: the newly restored, tastefully furnished Via Piedigrotta or the romantic and rustic chic Via Tivoli. Very close one to the other while independent, both of them are provided with the same facilities and are meant for couples or families who wish to enjoy a quiet and comfortable stay. They are located in the suggestive and picturesque “Cava di San Bartolomeo”, facing the rocky-settlement of Chiafura on the way to Modica, Noto and Siracusa and 5-10 minutes drive to the sea. At C’era una volta, you’ll be surrounded by nature and history while easily discovering South-Eastern Sicily.
The two houses, Via Piedigrotta and Via Tivoli, are ideally located to visit the Sicilian late-baroque architecture not only of Scicli but also of Modica and Ragusa Ibla (part of UNESCO world heritage list) while enjoying a relaxing holiday with children or friends all year round.
Scicli is known to be the Vigata of the lucky TV series “Il Commissario Montalbano”and a town where restaurants, cafes, pizzerias, confectioneries are still able to serve you the best of the traditional Sicilian culinary art.
